Kathem has graduated with a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Post graduation, he received a job opportunity at Microsoft, where he filled various positions in Data Management, Business Management and Sales Operations over a decade, covering the Gulf, North Africa, East Mediterranean and Pakistan markets.

His customer experience portfolio includes many Small, Medium, Upper Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.

After Microsoft, Kathem moved to a Microsoft Partner as a Sales Operations Manager and was given the task of building and managing the Sales Operations Department covering the Gulf region. Moreover he built and managed the Inside Sales Department (for specific products) also covering the Gulf region.

Couple of years later, Kathem joined Philips Healthcare (Medical Devices/Personal Health) covering Middle East and Turkey as a Sales Operations Manager (Business Transformation).

After joining Philips for quite some time, Kathem decided that it was time for him to start his own Sales Operations Management Business as the next move forward in his career.
